4. Products and Availability

We offer a curated selection of sculptural, functional objects designed for everyday ritual. All descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. A binding contract is formed once the order has been accepted and confirmed by us. We may cancel orders at our discretion for reasons such as payment failure, stock limitations, or suspected misuse.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in CHF and include applicable Swiss VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

- American Express (AMEX)
- Apple Pay

Orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Switzerland and other selected countries which you may refer to upon check-out.

Shipping is handled via Swiss Post, and other carriers may be used as needed. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply disruptions.

9. Returns and Cancellations

We do not accept returns as a general policy.

However, for orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Accounts

Customers may choose to check out as guests or register for an account for a faster checkout experience and order history tracking.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including product images, text, branding, and layout, is the property of Layal Collectibles or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
